My client, an International architectural software company, are seeking a talented individual to join their Customer Support Division as a Technical Support. Working closely with accounts in both the UK and Europe, you will be integral in creating and maintaining long term customer relationships. I'm seeking someone with fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written, as the role will involve some face to face customer interaction and this may increase over time as the position evolves. If you enjoy establishing long term relationships with your customer and working with global teams, this would be an excellent opportunity to consider You will be responsible for: Handling support requests from customers to ensure timely and complete resolution Creating and presenting proactive content to customers to provide them with operational efficiencies and prevent disruptive events Delivering training to customers online/on-site/in-house Ensuring correct prioritisation, visibility and resolution of technical escalations to the relevant individual/teams Ideally, you will be experience / knowledge of: Building, Construction or BIM industry 2 years of experience in related field AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture or Autodesk Revit Troubleshooting software and hardware problems Microsoft Windows environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details in simple terms Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to present technical information to a live or virtual audience Ability to travel and meet onsite with customers or attend internal central focus meetings Interquest Group PLC is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
