Technical Support Engineer
An opportunity is available for a dynamic and technical support engineer to work within a leading data and content streaming service provider. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have a genuine passion for IT and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all parties. The team offer expert support for the day to day operations of the organisations IT infrastructure and applications to a wide ranging customer base via phone, email and a customer portal. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work largely unsupervised, taking responsibility for own actions. Experience with service management ticket based systems is essential, with experience of Servicenow desirable. The role will also require: Excellent overall IT knowledge and awareness required Applicants must have experience supporting and installing / configuring Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows devices to company specifications. Experience of supporting Microsoft Office 365 and other core business applications such as Microsoft Visio and project are essential. Active Directory experience is essential for user account administration. Previous experience of Mac's is also desirable Understanding of the ITIL foundation framework desirable.
