Product Marketing Manager Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to direct the day to day & strategic marketing of its highly successful and innovative product in the IP Network and Network virtualization market This role can be based from the Stevenage, Herefordshire or Dublin, Ireland office. Candidates must be willing to travel globally for up to 40% of time. This role offers a highly competitive salary. The position is a primary stakeholder in the marketing of flagship product lines and as such the successful candidate should have deep knowledge of customer needs and the market, both now and the future direction. The candidate must understand the latest Radio (RAN) technologies e.g. 4G, 5G, Internet of Things, Massive MIMO and the trends on network architecture e.g. Network disaggregation, functional split and virtualization. Equally, the candidate must understand IP networks and applications and have an appreciation for security protocols and how virtualization technologies can be used for development, test and validation of communication networks. As a Product Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include: - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates in the market place. - Collateral - Creation of technical presentations, whitepapers, app notes, datasheets and marketing bulletins, website, etc. for use by the sales and marketing communications teams - Direct marketing communications, advertising, distribution, sales and promotional activities - Promote in customer meetings, tradeshows, conferences etc. - Evaluate the product position versus the market and competitors using market research information, business intelligence and knowledge of specific market areas. Feed the output into product marketing strategy, roadmaps and marketing message and collateral - Sales enablement - Build excellent customer and internal relationships, communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team - Identify, where possible, new market opportunities for the Product line - Drive to meet targets and contribute to the direction and expansion - Interact with key external stakeholders: Customers, Distributors/representatives, Original Equipment Manufacturers - Support pricing objectives and strategy Product Marketing Manager Location: Hertfordshire or Dublin, Ireland (up to 40% global travel) Salary: Highly Competitive
