Job Title: Resourcing Administrator IMMEDIATE START Location: Milton Keynes Job Type: Temporary Job Salary: £8-£9ph Macildowie HR are working with a well known leading commercial organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join their busy and continually growing resourcing department on a temporary basis to cover a recruitment project. The Opportunity: As a Resourcing Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a first class resourcing service to internal customers and line managers throughout the organisation. You will be required to attend meetings with line managers to create accurate and detailed job and person specifications through to advertising jobs on various job boards and liaising with agencies when necessary. You will be responsible for pro actively sourcing candidates, sifting through applications and screening candidates for interviews. You will also coordinate all interviews times and rooms through to assisting with first stage interviews when necessary. You will be responsible for dealing with all the administration based with the recruitment process, sending out confirmations, reference checks and offer letters, You will also be supporting the line managers across the business ensuring a timely and positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintain talent pipelines, networking via various social mediums and marketing the brand effectively to potential candidates. There is also the opportunity to get involved in various ad hoc projects including recruitment fairs and assessment centres. The ideal candidate will: Be immediately available for interview and start. Have previous experience within a high volume recruitment position Have a proven track record of delivering excellent recruitment results Have excellent experience building long term and solid relationships Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changes in fluctuating work loads Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise work loads.
