Title: Reward Manager Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) Salary: £50,000pa Benefits Package Our client is a fast growing, and very well-known brand who are continuing to expand. The business is now looking to add to their HR team by recruiting a proactive, forward thinking, enthusiastic and upbeat Reward Manager with exemplary people skills. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the design, development and implementation of all reward and benefits policies and processes. You will ensure that the company's offer remains competitive and attractive, driving colleague engagement in line with the long-term people strategy and overall business objectives. The role holder should be a subject matter expert, providing specialist support and advice as required to all stakeholders across the Group. This is an extremely exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for all Reward/Benefit related enquiries Initiate and contribute to ideas around improving the Reward System and monitor the internal intranet site (accessible by the employees) to ensure this is working effectively Negotiate ongoing and/or new contracts and deals with major retailers and other 3rd party suppliers in relation to the rewards/benefits offered to employees Daily liaison with Employees, Directors and Third Parties Support the UK HQ in Milton Keynes and their 700 employees Also support in the setting up and reviewing of reward and benefits practice in three of their global sites: Nordics, Switzerland and Sweden Skills & Experience: Extensive Reward experience within HR Happy to work in a non-corporate environment where you are encouraged to try new ideas and work autonomously with these (not massively restricted by policy, procedure etc) Someone with a very proactive and enthusiastic approach to work Any experience within a commercial retail environment would be beneficial Experience working with reward packages overseas would also be advantageous If you are interested in the above role then please apply with your CV or phone Joanna Middleton on 01926 332277 for a private and confidential discussion.
