Accounts Assitant/Credit Controller/Purchase Ledger Our well know client in Bedford is looking for a credit controller to join their team on a temp to perm basis as soon as possible. Salary: £17-£17.5k The ideal candidate will have experience with: Sage Word and Excel Sales and purchase ledger. The role: Processing invoices Chasing payments Be aware of the company's quality scheme Liaise with sales, operations and suppliers Posting payments onto Sage on a daily basis. Including all BACS, Chaps, Cheques and Credit Card Payments. Preparing cheques ready to be deposited into the bank. To carry out your role in maintaining the companies Quality System, by familiarising yourself with and adhering to the companies Quality Procedures. To prepare and post Customer Statements and debt letters within the agreed time scale recording these on Sage memo fields.
