We are looking for mech or elec biased engineers but with good electrical skills and maintenance experience in production, manufacturing, distribution or another environment with conveyors. NOTE: The most attractive aspect about this opportunity is the expectation of progressing through the organisation. The engineer WILL be expected to get a promotion within 2 years which will come with a higher salary, shares in the business and more benefits. The last person I placed there was promoted twice within 2 years and although he started on £40k, he now earns mid £50k's. SECOND NOTE: This organisation will spend a lot of time and money on training, development and up-skilling their engineer. This can include anything from electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics and many others areas.
