Facilities Manager/ Account Manager (Hard and Soft services) Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Industry: Engineering/ Facilities Management Location: Milton Keynes, England Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum private healthcare, pension My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business. They are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager, responsible for the delivery of hard services at the technology and factory headquarters of a high end automotive company in Milton Keynes. The job Drive Operational Excellence throughout our service delivery, ensuring we meet / exceed expectations on KPI / SLA performance. Manage, monitor and report on the financial performance of the supply chain and conform to target cost and budget expectations, consistently reviewing and implementing new ways of working to drive efficiency. Close management of Works in Progress to ensure the timely invoicing of project costs and collection of debt. Provide a key interface for the customer and create excellent working relationships with the customer's team and the customer's building users. Assist the Senior Account Manager in expanding the current service delivery model by proactively analysing and investigating future business development opportunities Leadership of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance and capability. Taking the necessary and appropriate actions to address any inappropriate behaviour/low standards, with support and advice from HR Person specification Positive attitude with strong communication skills Experience of working in a management or Senior Supervisory role in Hard Services/M&E contract. Knowledge and experience in regards to work management systems/ CAFM systems or similar, supporting a range of customers and stakeholders. Experience in dealing with and managing internal and external sub-contractors Experience in managing and reporting on contract financial including management of budget/P&L Experience in IT system reporting and associated data management along with awareness of methods and procedures for maintaining system data accuracy - to report accurately to business and contract KPI's and SLA's. Graduate level or equivalent training and educational background.
