The Role Working as a resourcer, your role will be to attract, source, and qualify candidates for consultants within various industries within the branch. You will be working with a list of current vacancies to recruit for, and also ensure a constant flow of new suitable candidates. - Advertise vacancies across a range of job sites, social media, and branch marketing methods. - Speak to applicants and qualify them for roles. - Identify skills sets and match potential candidates to roles. - Directly source candidates via CV searching. - Constantly look for new methods of advertising and attraction. - Arrange registration appointments for candidates. Training As an Apprentice, you will be studying towards an NVQ in Administration whilst learning your role within a recruitment business. An NVQ is equivalent to 5 GCSE passes at grades A - C. Successful Applicants There is no typical day in recruitment, no two days are the same. You will be multi-tasking, and will quite often jump from task to task and therefore will need to be able to priotise your work load, and self-manage your day. To work as a resource, you will: - Have good communication skills - Have good IT skills - Be a people person who I able to form relationships and trust with ease - Be persuasive, persistent and patient - Work well to deadlines and under pressure. - Be flexible and adaptable - Have a mature personality - Have good organisational and administrative skills - Be able to prioritise - Be able to work on your own initiative.
