We already have thousands of online retailers operating across the UK but need more due to growing consumer demand. We have an excellent opportunity to work on Social Media platforms sharing products and responding to customer comments and questions via Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms. Your role will include posting information about products, answering questions raised by customers and resolving issues. You will manage your own working hours, which can include mornings, afternoons, weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, possess excellent levels of customer service and be able to communicate with customers, work flexibly under pressure and/or have experience of a range of social media is desirable but not essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging and busy customer focused environment as well as offering the successful candidate an opportunity to take part in a leadership/team management training programme.
