Marketing Manager An exciting role that has been newly created, to develop and implement IMS MAXIMS marketing plans, to drive brand awareness and increase company revenue in healthcare markets in the UK and Ireland. Flexible Location; Ideally you will be able to commute to ourMilton Keynes office and meetings held in Central London, with some requirements to travel further afield in the UK and Ireland. Essential to the role: The successful candidate will be an innovative, enthusiastic and creative thinker with significant marketing experience, ideally within the technology sector. You will be working with the Director of Policy and Communications to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for successful stakeholder engagement and maximum sales income. You will need to demonstrate a successful track record in managing effective campaigns across multiple platforms and meeting ambitious targets. Tasks at a glance: · Lead on the co-ordinated development and scheduling of all digital and print content including overseeing the redevelopment of the company website · Manage the development of marketing activity including all direct mail, newsletters, advertising, leaflets, case studies, that meet the needs and requirements of the business · Run and monitor all digital and social channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, providing the company with maximum exposure and regular content streams · Deliver timely and effective marketing analytics to demonstrate how activity is delivering or exceeding objectives set out in the marcomms strategy · Develop and manage relationships with corporate event organisers and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all planned meetings, briefings, conferences, and events · Co-ordinate merchandise design and development, ready for marketing campaigns and external events · Support the Director of Policy and Communications in delivering complementary PR activity including writing press releases and liaising with journalists on news stories Essential Skills: · Experience in campaign management from concept to delivery and measurement, with a proven ability to analyse marketing data and translate into refining marketing activity · Excellent knowledge in using content and image management systems, such as Constant Contacts, Photoshop, InDesign and Hootsuite · A high-level of understanding in the use of WordPress and best practice in SEO · Excellent understanding of analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Twitonomy · Excellent understanding of social media and experience of using imaginatively in integrated marcomms campaigns · Outstanding written, verbal and editorial skills with significant attention to detail · A high level of self-motivation and the ability to meet demanding targets within tight deadlines · Ability to work flexibly, calmly and efficiently under pressure · Ability to work under own initiative, with colleagues across an organisation and with third-parties What we offer in return: · Up to £37,500 per annum · 30 days’ holiday inclusive of public holidays and, as a little Christmas treat, we close and give you the 3 days in-between on top · Annual parking permit (Milton Keynes/expensed parking) · Great Central Location with superb public transport links · Private Medical Insurance · Gym Membership · Contributory pension · Free Fruit · Lynda training account · Continued learning and development · Social clubs; Camera Club, Bake off, Health Club · Talent developing and nurturing environment And many more… Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory references, qualification and right to work checks.
