Here at PJ Care, we are currently looking for a Training Coordinator/ Administrator.

There is ample opportunity to use your own initiative and to also work within a team.

Key responsibilities:

* Coordinate all training requirements
* Create and prepare all training materials
* Keep training records up to date for all staff
* Ensure compliance with all required Standards
* To take a lead on the roll out of the new Learning Management System
* Maintain and administrate evaluation processes and documentation relating to Learning and Development events
* Document and process financial systems relating to education and training events, including the raising of purchase order numbers and processing of invoices
* Maintain a record of library resources across the organisation and coordinating the procurement of journals as directed by the Learning and Development Manager
* Maintain an inventory of training equipment
* Produce monthly education and training data reports

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum 12 months in a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills at all levels
* Ability to organise and prioritise work, to work to deadlines and within defined standards.
* Ability to compose and produce business letters and reports using IT applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
* Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
* Ability to work with support but at times unsupervised

Desirable Requirements:

* Ability to solve problems within area of work/knowledge
* Ability to manage electronic calendars
* Experience of working in an administrative role within a health or care setting
* Experience of maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) which collates all L&D activity and staff training records and migrating paper based records into such a LMS
