Senior Sales Manager THE ROLE My client is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing key accounts strategy, focused on profitable growth and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities with integrity and manage resolution of specific customer problems to build and maintain excellent reputation of the company. Self-motivated and results oriented sales manager with a drive to increase company's market share in intra-logistics / warehouse automation market. THE PACKAGE £Competitive and depending on experience 5% Bonus 20-30% commission (negotiable) Company car Pension Private healthcare Excellent benefits package THE RESPONSIBILITIES Account strategies: Takes initiative in developing sales strategies for key accounts and leads the continuous implementation of the defined strategy. Sales Targets Creates added value for the customer and company by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g. frame agreements). Ensures achievement of agreed sales targets and margins with a structured follow up and reporting process. Customer Relations Establishes and develops strategic individual relationships based on a defined strategy. Acts as focal point for problem resolution. Customer Knowledge Develops, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behaviour, organization, decision-makers, business drivers, economic trends, and competition. Market Activity Identifies and prioritises opportunities. Monitors competitors' activity with each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. THE PERSON Essential Strategic and value based sales experience Industry experience and knowledge of integrated automation systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Presentable and able to interface with customers at all levels Creative thinker with commercial focus and results orientation Flexible, energetic and sociable team player Desirable Robotics or warehouse automation experience preferred Good coaching and knowledge transfer ability Strong facilitator and negotiator
