Assistant Manager - Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes Salary: Approx. £18,000 - £19,000 per Annum Plus OTE Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm OR 10.00 am - 6.00 pm (Rotated between yourself and Branch Manager) Every Other Saturday 10.00 am - 4.00 pm Day in lieu received in the week. Our client, one of the leading suppliers in their field, are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join their expanding Milton Keynes based team. The successful candidate: Business /commercial awareness with a sales & marketing background. Experience of managing customer expectations. Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced demanding environment with minimal supervision. Self-driven, passionate and committed to excel above expectations Will possess previous sales experience. Be flexible, willing to travel. Be prepared to work weekends. Responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone. Following up to on online enquiries. Assisting delivery of sales target. Upselling of product and add-ons. Assisting store manager as and when requested. General Office and Store upkeep.
