An international provider of drives and automation equipment are looking to expand their UK sales team by recruiting an Internal Sales Engineer. The role will see you sell their complete range of automation equipment. The ideal candidate will hold an electronic engineering qualification and have experience of selling drives and automation products Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Northampton, Wellingborough, Cambridge Salary: Up to £ 35,000 p.a. Private Health Care Pension Suitable for: Inside Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Internal Sales Engineer The Role Offer high levels of technical product support, application expertise and industry knowledge to customers and Area Sales Managers, in terms of product functionality, features, selection, markets and competitors. Define and agree customer specifications and pricing. Assist in the creation of clear sales support literature to customers and internal / external staff. Maintain high levels of expertise in products and supporting applications Offer technical support to the distribution team when required. Support business development opportunities with focus customers and strategic markets / industries. To include product support, selection and pricing. To proactively support and lead activities in contributing to the company sales growth target, maintaining/improving sales margins, improving customer satisfaction, maximizing stock turns and minimizing product returns Offering customers and Area Sales Managers price and availability information for sales enquiries. Contract review of customer orders prior to processing, to ensure technical and commercial aspects are correct. Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders by assisting in stock management. Create technical sales quotations and proposals. Assist in managing customer special prices, CRM database and optimizing stock levels.
