Salesforce and Pardot Sales Analyst

As the Salesforce and Pardot Sales Analyst, your duties will be to: - Handle large quantities of data accurately with the confidence to interpret this, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide analysis through reporting and dashboards. - Maintain and optimise Lumesse's marketing automation tools. - Run small projects to improve Sales, Marketing and Service efficiencies within Salesforce. - Define new process improvement opportunities across the Lumesse business aligned to Salesforce. - Provide operational support and consultancy to Lumesse's internal customers. - Work closely with senior management to help them prioritise their business needs. To be a successful Salesforce and Pardot Sales Analyst you will have the following skills and experience: - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce as a super-user, and the role the CRM plays within a high-performance sales organisation (Ideally ADM 201 qualified). - Knowledge of Pardot functionality (scoring rules, dynamic lists, segmentation). - An understanding of working with subscription based sales organisations. - High numeracy skills and a high attention to detail with an analytic mind-set. - Experience of working with a range of analytical and business intelligence software. - Excellent English language, written and verbal communication skills, and advanced Excel skills. - Exceptional customer service skills and stakeholder management. In return, the Salesforce and Pardot Sales Analyst will receive a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus a bonus and benefits.
