Department: IT & EPOS Support Position of Line Manager: Service Delivery Manager Overall Job Purpose: The Administrator role is pivotal to the success of the IT department and we are particularly interested in candidates who are: personable, organised, numerate and methodical and who have a good knowledge of IT. This is a multi-tasking role which also calls for someone used to working in a busy, ever-changing environment. Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail are paramount, in addition to a friendly nature. Responsibilities: Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices Liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers and challenge costs Monthly Reconciliation of Accounts Keeping Budget Trackers up to date Maintain a Contracts database and highlight in advance when due for renegotiation Maintain a Software Licence database and calendarise all renewals Have a good knowledge of the department operations Build great relationships with Clients and Contractors Produce Monthly Reports Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager Contribute to the content of the coming years Opex and Capex budget forecasts Stakeholders: Internal: Department Head Projects Team Operational and Management Teams across the business. External: Zonal Toshiba Retail Technology Services Vodafone Fourth Hospitality CODA (Unit4) Celestra Person Specification: Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: Qualifications: GCSE A - C in Maths and English SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Business administration skills Previous experience in this field Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point skills Personal Qualities: Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills At Stonegate, our values ensure we are FIRST.
