Interaction Recruitment are currently working with the market-leading Global supply chain partner and distributor of communication products, security products, electrical and electronic wire and cable products to recruit an experienced, motivated and inspiring Sales Location Manager to join their advancing team. Sales Location Manager Based in Luton, Bedfordshire Opportunity for UK travel as required Summary of role Ensure effective efficient running of sales location(s). Provide leadership and guidance to dedicated teams responsible for delivering Sales & GP targets in line with budgets. The Sales Manager shall also be responsible for all aspects of training, PDP, Bonus Objective setting, Credit issues, Operational issues and be escalation for customer satisfaction issues. Duties: Provide direction motivation and leadership to location sales team responsible for delivering service Measure and control Inside sales productivity - reports Employ and manage New Warm call/Cold call disciplines to ensure increased productivity of sales team Manage Sales Team - Performance with regular development appraisals and reviews Implement and control all aspects of account assignment for primary and developmental accounts Assume direct ownership of all aspects of business with regard to nominated major accounts and projects that will be determined with your RSM Work in liaison with the Business Development Management team to ensure target account focus is consistent with Location objectives Explore and ensure implementation of improved processes that will facilitate continuous improvement to our performance and aid customer satisfaction Review Location P&L on a monthly basis with regard to Sales, GP and expense performance versus plan This job was originally posted as
