What you'll do This role is responsible for managing multiple strategic partner deployment projects. You will be the key coordinator of Xero Partner Services with the objective of ensuring that all our partners enjoy a smooth transition to Xero and the digitisation of their practice. The nature of the work determines that although you will be home based, the majority of your working week will be on-site at partner offices across the UK and in Xero's Milton Keynes office. What you'll bring Essential skills - Experienced in project managing multiple software deployment projects varying in size and scale - Demonstrable experience of working within a software implementation function - preferably operating in a channel environment - Flexible, adaptable and the ability to travel nationwide (including overnight stays) Desirable skills - Prince 2 qualification or similar project management accreditation - An accounting qualification, though not essential, would be favourable - Cloud technology industry / knowledge - Experience of working with SMEs - Technology industry Critical Competencies - Initiative and ability to work autonomously - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Attention to detail, process and follow-up - Passion and desire to make a difference
