Luton Hoo, Bedfordshire, now has an exciting opportunity available for a Chef de Rang/ Section Waiter to join our Fine Dining Team. Chef de Rang/ Section Waiter Overview Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of Restaurant and equipment prior to service, (open breakfast, lunch and dinner). You will not only ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard, but endeavours to make every meal an occasion for its guests. You ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. To be actively involved in the training of Commis Waiters and participate in any training exercises and to communicate with colleagues, ensuring product knowledge and awareness of the Restaurant and hotel. Attributes/Experience Previous experience within a similar establishment as Chef de Rang or a Section Waiter. Must have a good knowledge of English. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guest in a friendly professional manner are essential.
