French speaking Technical Assistance Consultant required in Luton, Bedfordshire (GBP26000-GBP28000) dependent on experience. Our client offers great benefits, which includes pension scheme, free eye care and support provisions, and excellent professional development.

Your responsibilities as a French speaking Technical Assistance Consultant will be:

Handling Native language (French) Customer contacts via telephone and emails
*

Investigate the technical request using various systems and procedures
*

Escalate unresolved queries to team leaders and follow up
*

Able to efficiently solve problems in a professional, polite and clear manner at all times
*

Accurately log in all dealer contacts and follows up on cases using the CRM
*

Liaising with business partners internally and externally to develop case resolutions and action plans
*

Read and research relevant materials and resources to keep up-to-date with product information, and perform other related duties, as assigned
*

Able to understand and display brand knowledge in order to resolve customer queries efficiently
*

Working in a target driven environment towards tight deadlines, and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times

As a successful French speaking Technical Assistance Consultant you will be:

*

Native French speaker, as well as effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
*

Educated in a technical degree related to automotive engineering, or have completed a Full motor vehicle engineering apprenticeship
*

Experienced in automotive technical support
*

Able to demonstrate good knowledge of current automotive technology
*

Able to establish an excellent rapport with customers in order to gain their loyalty
*

Competent at using Microsoft Office packages
*

Time Management Skills, able to use time effectively and efficiently
*

Passionate about interacting with customers, with the ability to understand their needs and can portray a positive image to customers at all times
*

Holding a Full valid vehicle driving licence
*

Determined, self motivated and have the desire to succeed
