You will be responsible for;

  • Core duties will be to manage the end to end process definition and implementation phases for assigned projects, under the guidance of a portfolio manager
  • Working with business areas to review current processes and agree new processes
  • Reviewing business proposals and IT documentation in order to build new processes
  • Oversee testing phases, coordination all key resources to ensure successful outcomes
  • Work with business areas to agree training, communications and readiness plans
  • Coordinating all resources and activities to ensure successful delivery of change and move process in to "Business as Usual" ownership

For your application to qualify you will have the following;

  • Previous experience of working within a project environment essential
  • Previous Banking or Financial Services experience is essential.
  • Good understanding of Debit + Credit Card processes and specifically charge backs and disputes
  • Excellent planning and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a variety of stakeholders in order to deliver successful projects
  • Commitment and tenacity to deliver quality outcomes against challenging milestones
  • Proactive and innovative to anticipate risk and issues and mitigate accordingly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Delivery of presentations at peer, senior and executive management levels
