An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Group Personnel & Facilities Manager who is keen to grow and develop within the company.

Summary of Role

As the Group Personnel & Facilities Manager you will be managing all personnel responsibilities for each of our sites/operations which are located across the UK so travel will be required from time to time. You will be, along with the designated assistance from the engineering team and a personnel assistant, be responsible for the following key areas:

HR Role:

  • Recruitment Management
  • Inductions and Employee setup
  • Disciplinarians
  • Contract Amendments
  • Annual Reviews/ Appraisals
  • Employee Queries/ Issues
  • Monitor and record attendance/ Holidays
  • Monitor and assist with Pensions & Health Care
  • Payroll

HSE/ Facilities Role:

  • HSE Compliance
  • Management of retained HSE consultants
  • Company Statements
  • Achieving ISO and other accreditations
  • Ensuring all properties are maintained
  • Set up and maintain group of approved suppliers at each site
  • Ensure all equipment such as alarms/boilers etc. are maintained
  • Site Key Management
  • Management and provision of telecommunications equipment
  • Management and provision of IT equipment
  • Management and provision of Mobile communications
  • Company insurance/ policies.

Skills/ Qualifications Required:

  • At least 1 year experience as a personnel Manager
  • At least 1 year experience dealing with Health and Safety and site Management
  • At least a Level 3 CIPD Certificate in Human Resources
  • Advance computer skills in Microsoft Systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication/ people skills
