DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · You will be expected to uphold the high standards set by Carey Pensions by supporting less experienced staff members through their training and development programs and ensuring that the tasks they are completing are accurate and completed within our service levels · Ensure that our customers are treated fairly and receive a fair and consistent service in line with the Company’s TCF policy · The role holder will be the subject matter expert on SIPP’s in order to provide training and support as required to new and less experienced staff · Escalate any problems, mistakes, backlogs or issues immediately to the SIPP Support Supervisor · Report any breaches or complaints immediately to the SIPP Support Supervisor · Where risks are identified ensure these are documented and reported to the SIPP Support Supervisor KEY SKILLS · 1 Year Experience of pension schemes administration · Good awareness of UK pensions regulatory requirements · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel · Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal · Project management skills and goal implementation QUALIFICATIONS Professional industry qualification or equivalent · Minimum A-D GCSE in Maths & English DESIRABLE · Excellent pensions technical knowledge · Experience of working in Financial Services for 5 years · Experience of coaching and mentoring staff · Be able to encourage & embrace process improvement suggestions · Problem solving skills Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
