If so, we may have a place for you at Silverbug Working as part of our existing Technical Engineers team, we are looking for a Senior Engineer with an enjoyment for travel, wanting to get involved with a variety of different client technologies, lofty standards and a positive customer facing attitude. Responsibilities: - This fantastic opportunity allows you to get involved with fixing and maintaining a huge variety of client solutions both onsite and remotely. - Provide awesome onsite support to Silverbug clients at various locations in the country. - Wanting to actively develop and improve the client's ICT environment. - Keeping Impeccable Client documentation. - Get involved in Project work, working as part of a team to deliver better customer solutions - Liaise with users about technical issues in a way they can understand - Have a blast making one of the fastest rising MSP companies even better About you: - Education in computing science and/or can demonstrate experience in a range of computing areas to a senior level: hardware, operating systems, servers and networks - You are a people person, you love to interact and build rapport with everyone you meet - Experience in Microsoft and VMware technologies to a 3rd line level. - Face to face customer service experience. - Ability to work in pressured environment - Experience of working successfully within a team - A real thirst for technical knowledge - A desire to progress your career - Effective troubleshooting methodology - Excellent problem-solving abilities and tenacity What we offer: We provide you with the training and put you on a path to get you where you want to go Paid 12 days training every year With access to an online training portal with thousands of courses available.
