Purpose of Role You will be responsible for maximising revenue from a portfolio of UK clients and through developing new business. Meet prospective and current clients to win their business and establish an ongoing relationship in a consultative manner Fully familiarise yourself with the full range of products and services available to gain credibility and a platform to consult clients Find out individual’s business requirements to assess suitability for courses Highlight tailored and specific benefits to clients Match tailored solutions to client's needs Account Management, maintaining contact with existing clients and identify cross selling opportunities Building network through industry events, LinkedIn and industry press research Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Actively manage and develop a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients as agreed Support new client launches; to work in a project team and develop an agreed implementation plan Produce meaningful client ‘account plans’ to drive and increase in penetration and recruitment Increase penetration by 10% growth and review and monitor monthly in line with account plans and agreed targets Manage expectation of clients and maximise opportunities with funding and training Provide a monthly list/update ‘highlights’ report of clients to the Business Development Manager and Director of Business Services Review and ensure contracts/SLA’s are in place for ‘existing clients’ once defined and as appropriate to not jeopardise the business or relationship Provide appropriate, effective and proactive partnership support to maintain and build relationships Minimum of monthly client meetings (as per implementation plan) Promoting Remit Training products and services using core values Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge: · A strong motivation for sales · Ability to build rapport and relationships naturally · An interest in people and talent management · Professional and positive in sales approach · Proven ability to maintain client relationships · Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written · Excellent ICT skills with an awareness of Microsoft Office and CRM user · Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines · Ability to work with the minimum of supervision · Proven track record to influence people · Ability to travel to locations throughout the UK as required Desirable: · Knowledge of Government Funded training Do you have the ability to inspire others to learn, demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to work well in a responsive & pressured environment?
