The Role This is an exciting position working with stakeholders in several countries, managing and co-coordinating the budgeting and forecasting processes for several business units, reviewing, checking and challenging monthly results. The Group FP&A Analyst has ownership of the P&L and balance sheet, produces the monthly management reporting, tells the story of business performance including variances and highlights risks & opportunities. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for: -Business Partner with your designated Regional Finance Teams -Manage and co-ordinate the Group Month end process -Management of the Group Budgeting and Forecasting processes -Analysis of business unit P&L's and Balance Sheet's -Production of insightful Management Reporting for senior management-Analysis and scenario planning -Co-ordination of 5 year plan -Supporting the External Reporting processes Your Profile We are looking for a qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA, who has 2-5 years post qualified experience and who has strong experience of managing month end, budgeting & forecasting processes, analysing the P&L and Balance Sheet and Management Reporting. You must be able to tell the story of the numbers, to identify and highlight risks, opportunities and present insightful business performance data. Salary & Benefits A highly competitive base salary of circa £54,000 - £58,000, pension and 25 days leave.
