If you answer 'YES’ to the above, then this position could be the next exciting career opportunity as a ‘Partnership Executive’ which you’re looking for Position in the Business: The Partnerships team has a vital role to play within our clients business, by building successful relationships with clients and actively contributing to business success. Team members each have responsibility for a portfolio of our clients valued clients and need to build positive relationships while delivering their contractual responsibilities on time. Success will be judged on recommendations/referrals, service usage and a positive contribution to contract renewal and acquisition. The role will involve managing over 100 small contracts so it is essential that the successful candidate has excellent organisational skills, time management and a customer focus. The role will involve some visits to clients to build relationships and deliver presentations. This is likely to mean one day out of the office per week. The right candidate will join an established, supportive and successful team. Full training will be given but a desire to take personal responsibility and work independently is important. Key Responsibilities: Meet the objective of ‘making every client relationship a success, creating the best possible environment for renewal and acquisition, demonstrating cross organisational value, stakeholder support and user engagement.’ Project management and relationship management for a sector specific set of partners. Deliver customer service to a high standard, including responding to feedback and complaints. Develop an in-depth knowledge of each sector and the chosen portfolio of clients. Work to specific project management and ISO processes and keep accurate records using the organisations CRM. Take responsibility for timely and accurate invoicing and debt collection. Deliver internal materials to the required standard and to time. Gain support from key stakeholders to support contract renewal and the acquisition of new clients. Help clients maximise the value of our client through greater promotion and integration, together with cross organisational engagement. Attend events as required to promote our client and its social mission. Support the Head of Partnerships as required with external meetings and presentations to key organisations and individuals. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and the successful post holder may be asked to fulfil other duties in line with their experience and ability. Education, skills and experience: Educated to A level or equivalent or possessing experience in a customer/client focused role. Ideally, knowledge of disability and equality matters. Ability to absorb large amounts of information with a desire to learn and understand new things. Exceptional organisational skills, time management and attention to detail. Ideally, previous experience of administrative duties. Strong communications skills – telephone, email and face to face. Ability to engage and persuade people. Happy to work to targets. Good presentation skills, with a desire to improve further. Confident with MS Office, ideally with working knowledge of CRMs. Good team player who is willing to help others. Flexible approach, willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks. Valid UK driving licence and passport.
