My client is a leading agency in executive resourcing and are looking for a motivated Resourcer who wish to potentially progress to a consultant. Responsibilities - Work closely with Senior Managers/Senior Consultants/Consultants sourcing urgently and effectively on vacancies, identifying suitable candidates via Adapt, external websites and social media platforms. - As directed, liaise with candidates to discuss vacancies, ascertain and secure their interest, obtain up to date CV's, organise interviews, provide feedback and obtain compliance documents etc. - Responsible for effective candidate pre-screening and management - this will include introductory conversations, objection handling, and arranging and conducting meetings, obtaining references and preparing CVs with detailed synopsis to support specific applications. - Regularly and effectively undertaking a wide range of marketing and networking activities to attract candidates and build a strong talent pool for all the different business areas. - Ensure job vacancies are advertised promptly on all the appropriate sites and that the adverts are well written, both for candidate attraction and search optimization. - Provide effective support to recruitment campaigns to include producing and distributing information pack, preparing attractive marketing material such as mailings and adverts, creating targeted searches and collating and handling responses. - Assist with headhunting activities, and undertake a range of sourcing activities to strengthen the permanent database, and ensure a successful appointment. - Advert management which will include sending out relevant marketing material, identifying appropriate candidates and ensuring appropriate contact. - Improve lead conversion, identifying suitable candidates, sending spec CVs and as directed speaking with, and maintaining contact with clients. - Obtain references from clients, and use this opportunity to gain relevant commercial and recruitment information. - Systematically reviewing on-line and paper publications to gather relevant information about business/market trends and existing and new clients, ensuring that information is added to the Company (adapt) database. - Regularly check jobs boards, other agencies and hot clients' websites jobs boards for details of new vacancies and inform the relevant consultant, setting up alerts and registering on sites to facilitate this.
