The Role Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a multi site service business based in Milton Keynes. In the position of Commercial Finance Manager Milton Keynes you work directly with the Operations Managing Director and Regional Directors partnering the business, building relationships and educating wider stakeholder teams to understand performance, reporting and highlighting trends in order meet business budget plans. Other key duties to include: Own the Retail P&P relationship with the Operations team through monitoring and engagement with relevant stakeholders on all cost lines (such as labour, & other site controllable costs) Provide an accurate monthly estimate of site operations costs to eradicate month end surprises. Manage P&P accountabilities for labour management (Owner of an Essbase resourcing model for 300 sites), planning and hours reporting to the Operational team. Manage the update of site scheduling tool in conjunction with operational excellence team - ensuring c6500 staff are able to schedule accurately. Own the Retail P&P relationship with the Finance/ wider FVC Performance & Planning Costs team members/ Business Support Centre to report on CO site costs, and to identify ways to improve reporting accuracy, and process efficiencies. To work closely with the Finance Business Partner - Retail (transformation & assets) and assets teams to understand asset activity and to effectively differentiate cost performance within the base business and incremental in year 'layer' activity. Your Profile The successful candidate will need to have previous commercial finance skills supporting key senior stake holders Ability to work within a complex multi site service business Qualified Accountant either ACCA/ CIMA/ACA or Qualified By Experience Ability to translate ideas into solutions The Company Expanding multi site service business looking to drive business performance and improve on current strategies.
