Duties and responsibilities

Our client is a structural & architectural steelwork company, currently recruiting for a friendly / self-motivated office administrator. Good general level of IT required, with professional telephone manor to join our friendly office team. Report into office manager

Any experience working within a construction environment would be an advantage but not essential

The role is based in Stevenage industrial area

Office Hours:- Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm with 1/2hr lunch, although the hours maybe flexible

- Answer the Telephone, take messages & allocate accordingly
- General Filling of delivery notes, office and project related documents
- Manage the directors diaries
- Manage holiday booking & tracking of employees
- Log any Sickness / absenteeism
- Create delivery notes and paperwork to support projects
- Ordering of office Materials
- Collation of weekly timesheets
- Log all incoming enquiries
- Any other general office support
