Financial Services Administrator Stevenage Competitive salary and excellent benefits My client is a well established private investment company based in Hertfordshire who are very keen to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team. This is a very hands position where you will be an integral part of the team, offering valuable support to the Consultants and the client. It is essential you possess strong administrative skills, are highly organised with a laser focused, sharp eye for detail. Main duties to include: Accurately transferring information onto the back office system (Intelligent Office) Producing letters of Authority Updating all systems and spreadsheets accordingly Preparing New Business, 1 st Meeting and Annual Review Packs Support Business Assistants with their New Business Processing all non-complex New Business Preparing all non-complex suitability letters/reports Booking client appointments Liaising with Business Assistants and clients with regards to specific projects/queries General administrative duties Ensure all general daily post and scanning is completed and updated Ensure you comply with FCA rulebook and company’s internal procedures/processes Do you want to develop a career in the Finance sector?
