Due to the expansion of their new start up business, our Client now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
The company offers a strong commission structure and incentives. In return, you will be required to develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment, establishing opportunities with both candidates and clients. You will also be generating new business by following leads, and developing sales, whilst managing the recruitment process from interview to placement.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to clearly communicate with a variety of professionals, as well as holding a minimum of 3 years' experience in the following areas:
- Strong Recruitment Delivery experience
- Recruitment Resourcing skills
- 360 Recruitment Lifecycle
- Assessment and Selection
- Attraction and Sourcing
- Recruitment Best Practice
