We are looking to bring on-board talented individuals who would like to start their career within IT. Customer service, communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential for this role; experience within an IT helpdesk environment is nice to have but not essential.
Duties of the helpdesk associate/1st line support analyst include:
Offering 24/7 1st line support to an International restaurant chain for their operations.
Supporting customers in resolving their IT problems on both software and hardware issues
Offering a high level of customer service at all times with a professional attitude
Identifying issues quickly and escalating where applicable
Working to 'case resolution' KPI's and targets
We operate a 24/7 help desk and there are a range of daytime and overnight shifts with shift allowance available.
