Our client is a new brand of home fragrance products who are seeking an apprentice administrator to work in their Bedford Office. This will be a varied role to cover a wide range of administrative skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering phones and emails (dealing with customer enquiries)
- Purchasing stock and shipping
- General customer correspondence; letter and email
- Credit checking new customers
- Order processing
- Booking in deliveries
- Filing and retrieving despatch notes and delivery records
- Data Entry and keeping databases up to date and accurate
- Matching Invoices to goods Received Notes
- Attending exhibitions
- Sending samples
- Any other ad-hoc duties

Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Excellent telephone manner is required as well as written communication)
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office programs
- Well-presented and polite
- Good time management to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to use your initiative
- Confident at dealing with people at all levels
- Reliable and adaptable
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to take on challenges
- Personable and determined
- Motivated and keen to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The role is a fixed term contract of 12 months. Closing date 2nd June 2017.
