Customer Service Assistant
TeamSport Karting Ltd is fast, furious and growing. Our brand new Dunstable track (LU5) is opening soon and as a result is looking to recruit a new team of Customer Service Assistants to work on or off the track in face to face customer orientated roles.
Shifts are available part-time 12, 20 or 30 hours per week, Monday - Sunday including weekends and evenings. A number of recruitment sessions have been arranged over the coming weeks ahead of the track opening starting with 3/4 May, 10/11 May and 17/18 May 2017.
Our customer service opportunities include marshalling the go karting events on track whilst, being on hand to help customers with their suits, helmets and into their karts. Our 'off track' customer service positions could see you serving food and drink in the bar, talking to customers, directing them to their next race and generally providing encouragement to help all racers have the best time possible with us.
So, if you are passionate about putting our customers on pole position and are a flexible, team player we want to hear from you. We look for enthusiastic, proactive, customer focused individuals with a positive attitude.
You must ideally have at least six months' experience within a seven day per week customer service environment, be able to work under pressure and possess excellent communication skills. In return we offer a fun and unique place to work, great bonuses, training and career progression.
