We are now seeking to appoint a Commercial Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes.

Within this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, quality checking and pricing all works orders within the contract documents and rates applied.  Providing a complete support mechanism for the contract, you will provide excellent efficiency and levels of customer service, whilst achieving agreed levels of net profit for the company.

You will manage the day to day operation of the contract, controlling commercial elements of the contract, including budgeting, cost control and client liaison. This role will also involve assisting the Commercial and General Manager in all aspects of commercial control and reporting.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of working within social housing or repairs maintenance industry.  With the ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work, you will be able to work on your own initiative and will have a thorough and meticulous approach.
