Job Role:

Based at the company's Head Office in Bedfordshire, they're looking for a highly-motivated Project Manager who has previous experience of leading and managing business wide projects.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Manager will manage projects across the business and will have budgetary responsibility for the projects allocated to them.

They'll be expected to provide monthly progress reports on the status of their projects to the Programme Manager, highlighting any issues and suggesting possible solutions. They'll need to ensure that projects are delivered to budget and on time, so they'll need to be a true problem-solver with the desire to drive projects forward.

The Candidate:

It's essential that the successful candidate has knowledge and experience of applying Prince2 methodology. The company is also looking for someone who has experience of using Microsoft Project, ideally with some understanding of SAP.

The role requires a confident communicator who can liaise with all departments on project development and work to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about initiating and implementing efficiencies in processes, and eager to learn and apply new skills.

The successful candidate will be dealing with multiple projects and will need to demonstrate their ability to organise, prioritise and plan workloads across the business, with a keen desire to achieve objectives and targets. Therefore the ability to progress chase and find innovative solutions to challenges will be key in this role.
